I would stay here again, really enjoyed eggs and bacon early in the morning. Generally it's a fairly clean hotel with tasty breakfasts. The property boasts central location in a hill. Overall brilliant food, plus there is Luigi Malones close by.

Central locality and very comfortable.
The hotel bar was poor. Two televisions constantly on when there should be no televisions. There was a juke box - why? Surely this only attracts trouble, as there was when we stayed there. The police had to be called. Make the bar suitable for everyone.

The leisure center had a fantastic pool.
Despite requesting more teabags, the service was still lacking upon our arrival.

Location
Car park too small and the discount deal with the nearby multi-storey does not apply at weekends. No room service; they used to deliver pizza to room.

The friendly staff made our family meal deal memorable, and the leisure center pool provided fun after busy days exploring the city. However, room temperature was a challenge despite requests for better cooling.

Location and friendly staff. Entertainment and nice breakfast in the morning.
It is abit shabby in parts ie lighting needed fixing in some areas and carpets abit dirty and maybe a lick of paint where needed.

The hotel had such a cozy vibe with unique character, and I loved the operable windows in my room. Quick access to Blarney Castle was a game changer! The gym facilities were also a perfect way to unwind after a long day.
